You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged item, wrong item, or missing item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide your order number, photos or videos of the item and packaging, and a clear description of the issue. We may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
Color and Size Variation. Gemstones may appear slightly different in photos due to lighting, screen settings, camera angle, and natural differences between batches. For lab-created and synthetic gemstones, slight variations in color, size, cut, and measurement may occur unless exact tolerance is specifically confirmed before purchase. These normal variations are not considered product defects.
