Boda Gems ships orders to customers worldwide. Depending on inventory availability, customer location, and product type, orders may be shipped from Wuzhou, China, Nanning, China, or Alhambra, California, USA.

Order Confirmed & Processed
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. For custom-cut stones, large wholesale orders, or products that require additional preparation, processing time may take longer. We will contact you if extra time is needed before shipment.

Shipped & Tracked
We may use different shipping carriers depending on the destination and order value, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, EMS, China Post, and other international logistics providers. Once shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking to update.
